Gleaming Cube Capital is led by a multidisciplinary team with deep expertise across real estate development, investment, construction, and behavioral health operations. Together we deliver the vision, relationships, and execution required for complex, high-impact projects.
Kevin Lange
Founder & Managing Partner
Kevin Lange brings more than 23 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and capital markets, with a portfolio exceeding $4 billion across development, investments, and business operations. His work centers on behavioral health centers, hospitals, senior living facilities, master-planned communities, micro-cities, and tourism campuses. A graduate of the University of Arizona (BS) and the University of Notre Dame (MBA), Kevin combines advanced expertise in real estate and business operations with a deep personal commitment to tribal nations. One-third Native American (Cherokee and Shawnee), he works extensively within sovereign nation politics and with federal agencies including HHS, IHS, and BIA. Building sustainable infrastructure and long-term opportunity on tribal lands remains one of his greatest callings. Kevin leads the firm’s strategic vision, growth, capital raising, and project implementation.
